I had walked into Warners Bay shop to not be greeted by either of the two sales consultants l at their desks. I thought possibly they were closed or not open to the public so I asked if I could have a look at their bench tops and just got the reply "yes" no one offered to show me where they were or provide any information on the benchtops. After 5mins of my own searching I left, no acknowledgment as I walked passed to leave, not that I was alone there were two other couples who came in after me that were also walking around aimlessly who too weren't acknowledged.

So disappointed really poor service for this day and age!

To the two ladies running the shop quit your jobs and find something that makes you happy if between the pair of you neither can even say "Hi" a sales customer service role isn't for you!

Prepare to be continually hounded and called by staff forcing you to sign a contract and purchase a cheap quality but no so cheap priced kitchen. Too bad if something is the wrong size - you'll be waiting longer than trying to find staff at bunnings - kitchens are made in China and shipped over - so if something don't work or is missing, prepare to wait years. Staff are annoying at best. Quote takes weeks, then be prepared for constant onslaught of calls. You wouldn't even Sign your worse enemy up for a quote
